- Cottage Cheese: Any variety and milk fat percentage will work. I prefer the 4% milk fat, but you can opt for a lower fat cheese as well.
- Avocado: For this toast, i've used ½ an avocado for 2 servings. You can also substitute store bought avocado for convenience if you are making a single serving or don't have any ripe avocados at hand.

- Seasoning: This recipe uses chipotle sauce, hot sauce, garlic and onion powders as the seasoning mix. I like the cholula hot sauce, but use any hot sauce you prefer!
