Why Vegan and Vegetarian Food
Growing up, I always had vegan and vegetarian food on my table as part of my culture. However, as an adult i found it challenging to eat vegan or vegetarian food outside my home with limited options at restaurants or even at parties.
I chose this project to make and share simple, easy clean vegan and vegetarian foods that anyone can make on a weeknight. Efficiency is my middle name, and I love to whip up quick simple delicious vegetarian (or vegan!) meals that can satisfy and be nutritious at the same time!

This vegan website focus on vegetarian and vegan recipes, many of which are also gluten-free or have a gluten-free option.
My specialty is making meatless meals that are omnivore approved.
From an early age, I have enjoyed cooking and baking. I grew up in the kitchen with my mom and grandmother. Many of my fondest childhood memories involve family time around holiday dinner tables, creating the most crave worthy savory food, and baking indulgent desserts.
